If you can't read the writing embiggen the photo. Spotted in Ghana in 2008. Man do I miss africa! The writing says "still fear woman"...lol.

My experiences with Africa have been Egypt and Djibouti. Don't care to go back to either. Ever.

US Military? That'd be the only reason ever to go to Djibouti. West africa is usually pretty nice. Keep your wits about you, and you'll be fine.
